Summer is gliding away and fall is settling in. My family has had a VERY busy summer, but it has been a blast as well! It'll be nice to bake pies and have a regular fun Thanks Giving with my family and relatives this year. God has been very good to us, even if this summer has been crazy.
We have just discovered these colorful mushrooms in our woods this year and as you can see they are really pretty. When they are small there top is shaped like a round lollypop but as it gets bigger it spreads out like an umbrella. They are yellowish orange and are rather pretty to look at. My mom said it looks like it could be from a fairy tale.
NOTE: These mushrooms are poisonous!
I also found these mushrooms that look like Chinese hats! I'm not sure if they are poisonous or not.
My rooster thinks he's the fanciest, smartest, and bravest.
He's only seven inches tall, for crying out loud!
This is my great great grandmother's rocking chair, which we have decorated with pumpkins from our garden.
See ya all later! Hope you enjoyed.
Love,
Jessica :)
